Active workflows
Accessible via: Main Menu -> Sammy -> Catalogue -> Active workflows
Active workflows is the library of one-click cards for work you run often. Each card is a workflow: press Run, give it whatever input it asks for, and it goes. It’s the surface for using automations, where Workflow Builder is the surface for building them.
The page lives at /quick-actions, and you may see it called quick actions in
the CLI and API — in the app it is Catalogue › Active workflows.
Running an action
- Open Active workflows under Catalogue in the Sammy column.
- Find the card — search, or filter by category.
- Click Run and fill in the input the workflow asks for.
Cards you can’t run yet show Open instead, which takes you to the workflow so you can finish setting it up.
To see what a run actually did, go to the workflow’s Executions tab.
Organising your library
The library is yours — organising it changes nothing for anyone else in the organisation.
- Drag a card into a category to file it.
- Archive a card you don’t want on the grid; archived cards stay reachable from the archived tray rather than being deleted.
- Cards carry tags, which drive the category filters.
Where cards come from
- Your own workflows. Anything you build can be shelved here as a card.
- The shared catalogue. Hutly publishes actions that any organisation can activate. Activating one copies it into your workspace; hiding one takes it off your grid without affecting anyone else.
When the published version of an activated card moves on, the card surfaces that an update is available so you can take the new version deliberately rather than having it change under you.
