Edit And Upload Files
Accessible via: Main Menu -> Knowledge Bases -> Click Knowledge Base Name
The Intellia platform provides a robust system for managing knowledge bases, allowing users to edit and upload files efficiently. Here’s how the process works:

File Upload: Drag and drop files into the designated area or use the “Select files” button to upload documents. Supported formats include PDF, MD, TXT, JSON, and various image formats (JPG, PNG, etc.).

Uploaded Files: View a list of uploaded files with their names and current status, ensuring transparency in file management.

Reindex: This option allows you to process the file again if it seems not to have been properly understood by the AI in the previous pass. Reindexing ensures that the latest content is accurately interpreted and integrated into the knowledge base.

Processing Pipeline: All files are sent through a comprehensive processing pipeline. This pipeline analyzes and processes the files in several ways, ensuring they are fully understood by the AI agents. This includes extracting relevant information, structuring data, and optimizing it for AI utilization.

Delete: Remove files that are no longer needed or relevant, maintaining a clean and focused knowledge base.
