Accessible via: Main Menu -> Knowledge Bases -> New Knowledge Base
The Intellia platform simplifies the process of adding new knowledge bases, allowing users to expand their information resources effortlessly. Here’s how to create a new knowledge base:
- Title: Enter a clear and descriptive title that accurately represents the content and purpose of the knowledge base.
- Description: Provide a brief summary of the knowledge base’s contents and objectives, ensuring clarity for future reference.
Once the title and description are filled out, click “Save” to create the knowledge base. This feature enables users to organize and store valuable information, making it readily accessible for agents to utilize in delivering accurate and informed responses.
