The Intellia platform provides a streamlined interface for managing knowledge bases, ensuring that agents have access to accurate and up-to-date information. Key features include:

  • Knowledge Base List: View all existing knowledge bases with their names and descriptions, allowing for easy identification and access.
  • Create New Knowledge Base: Use the “New Knowledge Base” button to add new repositories of information, supporting the continuous growth of your data resources.
  • Edit and Delete: Options to modify or remove existing knowledge bases, ensuring that only relevant and accurate data is maintained.
  • Personal Knowledge Bases: Toggle to display personal knowledge bases, allowing for a more tailored and individualized data management experience.
